Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance, Silk Hope, NC.  The Angel Band Foundation will once again conduct a "hands on" music workshop at the Kids Tent on Sunday, May 5, 2019, at 3:30 pm 

 

Shakori Hills Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance. Silk Hope, NC. Thursday October 4-7, at The Kids Tent. The Angel Band will provide a large variety of instruments for a "hands on" music workshop with kids. 

Play Daze with Randolph County Partnership for Children. Randolphkids.org. Apr. 13 at N. Asheboro Park and Apr. 27 at Creekside Park in Archdale. The Angel Band Foundation will host a drumming and percussion circle for children from 9-5:30 each day. Lots of great activities for kids.

Songwriter Series featuring Stewart Coley, Donna Hughes, and K. D. Petty. Writers present their original material in a listening room environment. Two 1 hour sets starting at 7:30 with short intermission. Doors open at 6:30 for meet and greet/refreshments. $10 admission donation benefits The Angel Band Foundation.

Angelbandfoundation.org and FODFEST.org will present a community concert at Warehouse Wired recording studios in Trinity, NC 27370 on Monday night, November 22, at 7:00 pm. Many area musicians and music lovers will gather in an effort to strengthen our community through music. The concert is free to all. Donations and sponsorships will be accepted in an effort to create music programs in local schools.

   Live at Warehouse Wired Studios, 2864 Hoover Hill Rd.  Trinity, NC  27370.  On Songwriter Night, Warehouse Wired becomes a listening room for original music from a variety of talented artists.  A small group of writers take turns sharing their craft in close company with the audience.  Show starts promptly at 7:28 pm.  $10 donation for admission.  Doors open one hour prior to show for seating, meet and greet, light food and drinks available from the Angel Band kitchen.  Artists alternate and play 2 sets of approx. one hour each with a 15 min. intermission.  Show ends around 10:00 pm. Seating is limited.  As a listening room, quiet is requested at all times during performances (except for appropriate applause after songs.)  Shows are recorded in audio and video.  A polite, attentative and enthusiastic audience will enhance quality of the live performances.

Advance tickets are available by sending a $10 per seat donation check to Angel Band Foundation, 2864 Hoover Hill Rd. Trinity, NC  27370.  Tickets may also be reserved by calling (336) 847-9517, then making your donation through angelbandfoundation.org/donate.  Allow time for mail and paypal processing.  Advance tickets are will call at the door.   Cash or check at the door for admission.  First come, first choice of seat.  Most artists will have music available for purchase.  Please support live music and those who create it.
